Nevertheless being that small our business is stable on the market more than 10 years and the quality produced here is special done by heart and hand. By standard a frame leaving to you is produced by C. Schnatz himself: setting up the frame from own wood, preparing the files, coating, printing and varnishing the canvas and stretching the frame with last step packaging is done by the same hands. Our capacity is low and we don't mind that: It feeds our family and we love our work. We know that our customers appreciate that quality and want to pay for it. So we don't worry shipping an order with payment by invoice abroad and do not ask for payment in advance. The way our customers can trust on quality we want to trust on fairness. We also know that investing into several frames for a personal exhibition could be hard for someone when the budget is low and solds are not guaranteed or the success at the exhibition failed. In such cases one can speak with us and we'll propably find a solution together. Last step could be the chance to return the frames back to us to get them off market. Please speak with us. We accept a lot other companies won't accept. What we don't accept are hollow promises or selling our work without paying us: That is unfair.
